    what cellphone I should buy???

    Go to Tmobile, Verizon, and AT&T's website and see which one has better signal reception in your area. It'll be a waste of money signing a contract when you never receive a phone call.

    i have an 05 dodge neon i have no rpm meter therefore no rpms how would i go about...

    ...getting some? cause ive already put exhust and a cold air intake but i need more speed to it .. the guys in my car club told me about a performance chip that i can have installed so i can get rpms?
