    What is your sleeping pattern?

    What time do you ususally go to bed and what time do you usually wake up? Someone I look up to says that 6 hours is all that you need, and that it will in turn provide you with 18 hours in the day during which to work towards your dreams and goals.

    Overcoming the fear and impact of a mentally and emotional abusive father? I no longer live at home but I am still plagued by self doubt and fear of him all the time, as if I am in a mental cell. I don't believe in talking to a psychologist.
