    try pressing your foot on the brake and on the gas at the same time at stoplights, sounds like your choke is stuck or your mixture is lean.

    sounds like you need some new ball bearings and some 40 weight oil, maybe a ball peen hammer too... good luck and try using revers when you get that baby up to 40.... it make a sweet noise and it completely smooths out any vibrations coming from that tranny...
