    downloading videos (tv shos n movies) from ipod using megaupload?

    my friend has many downloaded videos on his ipod, he got them from megaupload. is this legal or what i dont want to do it if its not, also how safe is it to do it from your ipod, do people get caught( if its illegal) and what happens to them if they are caught , how does this work.
