Hello, I took a chicken breast and some smoked haddock out of the freezer on Tuesday at 3pm ish. It went straight in the fridge and I was planning to use it last night but that didn't happen. Is it still ok to cook it now (midday Thursday) or am I likely to poison everyone?!! Many thanks
