    Samsung Widgets versus Samsung Apps?

    What are the differences between these two? I have a Samsung ln46c670 and I see a ton of "Apps" but no "Widgets." Someone told me that 2009 models have "Widgets" and 2010 models have "Apps." Can anyone confirm this for me? Are "Apps" replaced by "Widgets"?? Thanks!
