I am writing a speech on trying to persuade people that they should exercise. I need 3 major points for the persuasion with 2 sub points for each "major topic" does anybody have any ideas? thanks!

Are there any cool or fun restaurants in Connecticut where you can help prepare the food (ideally for a date with my girlfriend). I feel like I have heard of this before and I thought it might be fun, anyone have any past experiences? Thanks!
