    How is the html code for a webpage redirect?

    NOT THE USUAL REDIRECT, I am looking for the html code where it would display a count down for the redirection, i have seen it on a few website where it would say " you will be redirected in 10 seconds" anyone know the code or what this feature is called? Thanks
