I mean i guess if it was talking in dept about sex, and your where were really into the book mentally and emotionaly it really isnt bad...i mean sometime i get so into my books it would be like watching tv, i play out every scene in dept. but i havnt experienced the whole touching myself thing...

well yea, it also depends on how much you eat in the day also. But not eating past 6 makes a huge improvement. That's what i did and it helped alot, i really didn't watch what i ate, i just ate less of everything and didn't eat past six and just went walking every night and i lost over 20 pounds...
