No. I'm sick of these people ramming their sanctimonious opinions down my throat. Now they're telling me what to eat. I eat a sensible diet and I'm not changing a thing, nor would I try to lecture to someone else about it.

How can anyone have a problem with that? Have the Australian police nothing better to do? Yet it's perfectly ok to bite the head off of live insects for entertainment apparently. It thought only the UK had gone mad. Now it appears it's gone global. Ok, If it was someone's pet, then who let it...

If you registered it, have a serial number and have proof of purchase, they should replace it for you as a download I would have thought. Otherwise you'd have to borrow someone's disks. Only thing I can think of.

Haven't got CS4, but I would guess it's because: The filter only works on filled shapes/selections; or Your document needs to be in RGB mode.
