    HTC Desire vs HTC HD2 with android 2.2?

    What phone would be better; HTC desire (stock) or a HTC HD2 and then put Android 2.2 with htc sense on there? Is there any disadvantage to running android 2.2 on the hd2? Is there any risk in putting android on the hd2? (I know it will void the warranty, but how likely is it to ruin the phone?)

    key and the dealership costs $200+? I don't need it immediately, it has a chip in it that needs to be programmed, is it possible to this by mail/internet?
