Most likely he doesn't want to think his time spent and the continued loss of people he's working with is a huge waste of time. I'd do the same thing if I were in his situation; justify time spent there in any way possible.

When driving under the tracks it just looks real grainy and spotty. Just bothers me. Doesn't hurt the game just nit picking.
