My phone wont let me save contacts. I mean, it has all the contacts that i've transferred from my old phone, but it wont let me add new ones. Even if i do try to create a new one, it wont show up on my contact list even though it says it has saved it. what is going on?

I have tons of pictures that i want to store online in order to make more room on my computer. is flickr a good website to save them on?
