I had my tubes tied 3 years ago. My menstral cycle has always been regular since then and i have never spotted between cycles. But now all the sudden i get spotting in between cycles. What would cause that?

I have 4 daughters ages 14,11,8,3. Have no idea what the fashion trends are. we have little money so if anyone has any idea what the trends will be and where a cheap place to get them at please let me know. thanks
