I used to have two. Both where dependable. I know that they are going to stop making them. Someone told me they will be very expensive to repair and insure now that they are going to stop making them. Is this true?

Sometimes, the van will not start. It will turn over, but not start. Other times, it starts up just fine. We had the starter and battery checked, they said they where both good. the speedometer quit working for a litter bit, but started working again. What could be the problem? two weeks...
