the d3 is better used while driving in town, the d4 is better used on the highway, basically the d4 is your overdrive, d3 means your car will only use 3 gears when d4 means it will use 4 gears put it in d4 on the highway and u will get better gas milage too.

deffintly get a radiator asap, as for the fan it should not be a clutch fan, it should be electric there are a few things that could not let your fan kick on, could be the fan motor itself is bad, could b a fuse in the fuse box, or it could be the sensor that turns it on is bad, this problem...
