    if my t-mobile bill is under my name but under my brothers ssn and I don't pay...

    ...whose credit score will lower? I can't put my ssn because I am not eighteen yet, and the service is currently suspended because I lost the phone. However, I will have to pay it soon since I did not cancel it.
