oh i forgot to had, i have drastically reduced the amount of alcohol i drink and instead only drink cola with cordial on most ocasions.
also would the change in diet affect my bowl movements for a while as my body adjusts to the new routine as it is something of a shift to what i was like...
which style of dancing would i be best learning for using in the clubs and bars etc?
I see alot of people around who can dance really well and would love to be able to move like them and was wondering what style you guys would recommend i learn for that sort of thing
