    Is there any help for the rest of us who are in a tight spot, still working but make too much to get help..and not enough to make ends meet. Now that all prices have gone up for just about everything, that's where I am.

    I have been cooking a smoked ham in the crockpot all day..can I add br sugar still?

    Of course I can..but would it taste good? I put a Walmart smoked ham in the crockpot this am..added some water (to make gravy later) and a few leftover chunks of pineapple. The ham is cooked now and ready to go, but it has to sit on warm till hubby gets home. Could I add a little brown sugar...

    ...REAL NEWS? I want my kids to be exposed to a lot more current events but dh and I can't agree on a tv news station OR an online site for news. I just want the real news, not president hate (past or current) or party-pushing. Just real news, just the facts.
