    When can you start using the seatbelt that is in the car? My sisters friend has a 22 month old daughter and she just puts her in the car seat, not even using the LATCH system, and puts the seatbelt over her. It is only over her waist and the diagonal piece goes behind her and the carseat is not...

    Complaining of a headache..?

    My daughter is 2 years old and just woke up saying "Head hurt." So I am assuming she has a headache. Is there anything I can do to relieve her? I don't want to give her Motrin unless necessary, so what else can I do?
