i have this strange thought and this thought dont allow me to do anything(eg: when i study after mastrubating it will not be stored in mind and etc.,) as i mastrubate a lot. i have OCD. i was taking medicine for that. will it be the reason for? i really want to get rid of this. longing for a help.
