its unable me to watch some videos online, i have installed adobe flash player and still i can watch videos on you tube.but when i try to watch wwe vedeos on ATDHE its unable. how can i solve this pblm?? pls hlp me. thnx.

I have installed windows XP.when i try to download it.im getting following error message. "your current system do not allow to be the file downloaded" i dont understand this,and how can correct this error.and how can i download flash player?? pls help me.
