The phone is only 2ish months old, do I need to buy a new phone and pay for activation again? ok just looked up some stuff, looks like I might end up buying a " Certified Pre-Owned Device" ... its a samsung intensity. any idea how much it will cost?

...upnp, and i've restarted router? When i restart my router and modem, it works for the first connection test, but then i restart the tests to double check and it says it is still moderate. i have a Linksys WRT160N router. I have enabled upnp yet it still doesn't work.
