    I thought a nice Victoria sandwich would make a suitable birthday cake for a special friend.

    Survey: When was the last time you conquered a fear and what was it?

    Last month I overcame a life-long phobia of being touched by a fish. Today, I made a huge headway in overcoming my bird phobia by holding a Euro-Asian Eagle Owl and stroking it. Yay!!!
