Ok i know if u want a phone u can pay monthly for it. Like 26 dollars per month or w.e. But i was wondering if u can make a down payment. Like say the phone is 500 dollars can u put down 300 and then pay off the rest monthly ??

hi i play poxnora and other online games on this pc....and i was wondering....why do i load soo slow on the games...like it takes 5 mins to play a game online....someone please tell me what to do to make it faster...or why its going soo slow..i played this on my computer and this never happened...
