hi, i recent switched to the boost unlimited plan and bought the motorola i290 phone, i was wondering if there is a way to make custom wallpapers for this particular phone, since it isnt a camera phone or anything? generic free ringtone/wallpaper sites dont seem to work

i recently bought a cell phone with the boost mobile plan, the i290 phone, after figuring it out, its not such a bad phone, but there is the occasional text that it does not let me read saying "failed to download message" what could cause this and how can i fix it?
