I have to write a synopsis for english due tomororw. I'm a freshman in college. It only has to be on the second chapter, "Waging War" I read it and understand some parts, but not fully. All I'd really need is what it's actually saying in the chapter, to a point that I can understand it better...

any suggestions? I know it sounds horrible, but it's not. The books genre is romance/suspense. In the book, the two characters make love on their prom night for the first time. Now I know some people who write adult books would use all types of words to describe it. But I need an appropriote...
