    What are the best exercises I can do to lose belly and back fat?

    I have never really had much fat around my torso area, but all of a sudden I have gotten a bit of 'back fat' around my hips, and my belly has gotten bigger. it makes me super self conscious in dresses.. so please help me with some exercises!? oh by the way, i eat healthy.
