I'm planning to move to Sacramento in a few weeks. I don't want to move to a town where businesses seem to ignore, or there's no growth. Because in the long run, a town could end up in trouble like Detroit. So, do businesses seem to be coming to Sacramento? Is it growing in a positive way...
