in firefox click on TOOLS> then DOWNLOADs. at the top of the list in the box that shows up double click on the file you downloaded. thats the installation file

you may have. But try it in another computer first. If it doesn't work, you may have to use a trial software to retrieve the lost data. you can run recoverit! on the card, it might help
