...in a fight? I've been running for about 7 weeks now, I'm up to 3.5 miles 5 times a week which is going well. There's hills in there as well and some sprint intervals, I'm going to try and fit some exercise biking in there too, maybe an hour 4-6 times weekly on the bike too.
benefit me? I've been running now for a few months, up to 3.5 miles now 5 times weekly. How will this benefit me?? Will the hill running build muscle or what, will sprint intervals burn fat or build endurance?
After sending this girl a random drunk text saying 'hey' one saturday, she didnt reply immediately but waited a few days before sending this text "U don't get much sleep much during week nd nights do u. I'd try sipping chamomile tea." Is this text friendly or sarcastic?
I have a very busy schedule and life, and I find that crockpot cooking saves me a ton of time and money. However, I'm concerned that the nutritional value of my food is being diminished or destroyed due to it cooking for anywhere between 3 to 9 hours in a crockpot. Any thoughts on this?
Or are pizzas just not healthy across the board?
If so: I would think that pizzas with veggie toppings would be healthy...But why aren't pizzas concidered healthy? (home-made ones that is)
