I dont know about comic specials, but the Dilbert TV series (which is MUCH better than the comic, at least to me) is on Youtube.

I'm kind of partial to The Man Who Shot Cane Skretteberg, which had a punk-rock garage band portrayed by Green Day (way before they sold out). I couldn't even tell it was them until I checked the credits. Also, the Cane was voiced by GD's drummer.
