Hi I have a 1998 Honda civic sedan and my 2 rear tires point in towards each other instead of straight. I was thinking I would need an alignment seeings how my car steers to the right alot but will an alignment straighten my wheels or is something most likely bent or broken?

so my right brake light works fine when i step on the break but my left light doesnt turn on istead the turn signal turns on instead. im guessing the wires are wired wrong. is this an easy fix? do i have to take it to a shop or can i do it myself? the middle brake light above the seat also works...
