The phone requested I do an update, I attempted to and it said there is not enough space on phone to install the update. I pressed OK and then locked the phone. Now the phone will not unlock when I press the slider and the screen is constantly on and not responding to any buttons being pressed...

I've seen videos of Jack Dempsey, Liston, Robinson and Louis pushing the bag so it swings before they start to hit it. Why do they do this? What is the purpose? Thanks.
