Scale 1-10 of how fast?

I just got a 9 week old male Rottweiler and I was wondering when he'll start acting like a Rottweiler (example: protective instincts).

a bed, a mini fridge, a dog bed if you have a dog, a bed, i like the racks that you put up to your back window with shotguns on it, a couch, a casket, a dog kennel if you have a dog, movie cabinet and a tv dvd player or something that you can play movies on, a tv with a playstation or xbox or...
