Just this year, CA stopped their state grants for for-profit schools. I think the federal government ought to go 1 step further and end them for even non-profit private schools (Stanford, Yale, etc). If you can't afford a private school without government help, then go to a public school.

Call it what you want. It's still indisputable that having trained workers ready to fill loaded schedules is a benefit.
