    An IUD will not affect the outcome of a pregnancy test. It's just birth control.

    Usually the pap smear, test for STDS from your cultures as well. They do a blood test to check your hormone levels, and also use blood to test for other STDS (AIDS for example), I *think* they check your blood type at that time, just to be sure.
