    Beef skirt is generally used for fajitas. The EASIEST way to do it is to just slice it into long strips. Season with fajita seasoning and throw in the pan with a little oil. Add some bell peppers as well. Its that easy!!

    HAHA we always leave our food out over night and eat it the next day, hasnt made us sick YET KNOCK ON WOOD!! You should be fine. We eat a lot of rice and beans left out over night. Wouldnt the butter be too soft???
