Few years ago, I heard that they had shut down their headquarters and only distributors are left. Recently, I saw a news that motorola invented the 'Xoom' tablet. I am confused. Someone please do explain.

I bought a itouch about three years ago. Sadly, the itouch began to have a line on the screen. As a consequence of not going to Mac shop, I have now a bold line going across the sceen! :(( what should I do? Mac said I should trade it with an additional fee that I can not afford or replace it. HELP
