    I am trying to lose wieght and would eating this and exercising this much work? i weigh

    151 lbs and im am 5'4? Breakfast- honey bunches of oats with fat free milk and a banana Lunch- pb and j sandwich with reduced fat peanut butter ,sugar free jelly ,and whole wheat bread and banana Dinner- usually 300 cal meal or below Exercise- everyday run 3 miles
