I'm thinking of getting myself a used Honda Civic 2006 or 2007, and both models don't have the stability control system. Is it still safe for a new driver like me to drive that model?!

I need to buy a new mobile phone, the thing is, everyone has a blackberry, including alot , ALOT, of my friends...and i like to be a little unique, so should i but htc snap or stick with the blackberry and i should like you to give a review of any of them, especially the camera in the htc ! Thanks
