The battery is fine and it's always parked in a spot away from other cars and people. What's going on?

My teacher says that my attendance grade is a "0" and that it will stay that way no matter what I do so the highest grade I can get now is a 75% or lower, which is passing...barely. Do I drop it and try again this summer or try to pass? I forgot to say that this is in college.

I just got this watch brand new from amazon.com. It came with an instruction manual and I followed the directions word for word on how to set the time. It won't save the time I entered, it keeps going back to the time it had on it when I got it out of it's packaging. I don't know what is going...
