    How do I update adobe flash player 10 in Opera or Firefox?

    Because it doesn't seem to work for either of them. In my internet explorer, I was able to update it fine but in Opera or Firefox, I can't get it to work. I've went to the adobe site and tried to download it but, it's not working. I really want my video qualities to be better when I watch them...

    What is that one old-ish movie about a man who isn't in good shape and cartoon cells?

    Inside his body, everything is animated and the cells are like... blue people. And the man had a daughter. I remember this one scene, the man didn't feel well so he took medicine which sent this big red dude to help the blue cell people fight germs and... bacteria and yeah.
