Can you send me your 3.07 verison?

Now its saying there is no dongle. but there is. I have the usb thing where I take teh memory card otu of the phone and stick it into the usb plug and hten stick it into the computer. does that not work?

I downloaded the file but it wont let me open it. It says that it doesnt know where the file is coming from and before I am allowed to open it i have to find where it came from but i can't find that.
