    I know its not normal for a period to last that long but I don't know why its lasting this long and I don't have insurance right now.     muscle used for kegel exercises? I know this question is a little gross and kind of stupid and I know the answer is probably no but I was just curious and I didn't hear this from anybody I was just thinking about it when I was doing a kegel exercise and I thought maybe it might be true.
