    I fell off my bike and have pain in my left hand?

    I fell off my bike 10 days ago, my hand was in pain, I took xrays and didnt have any broken bones; doctor said its just soft tissue injury. after 10 days my hand is still in pain when I want to use it. is there something serious or I should be patient with it?
