I have to agree with Cybercubed on this one subject of jabbing at the turtles. The Primes jabbed at both of the sets due to their distance from the source. Heck, when the turtles got color, they all wore red bandanas, so I think it was more of a spirit of good comedy that jabs were there.

Recentely I have heard the term "Blue" a copule of times when it comes to making cartoons, what does that word mean? It is obvious an insider term like the word "jobber" and "rib" is in wrestling? "Blue" has something to do with cartoons for an older audience such as South Park or Shin Chan...
