    How to get faster at sprinting?

    Try to keep your head straight and high (like an apple is placed on it). Keep your arms low near your hips and have long, quick strides. You will find that practice makes perfect and so if you try to sprint everyday, it will make you quicker. Also try to run on your toes instead of flat feet. :)
