Is it possible to add buttons to a html page that will change the screen resolution instead of having to go into settings in the browser to do it? ie. 100% 125% 150% I think i may have worded this wrong. I want to be able to zoom into the page.

Im building a website using HTML and CSS ( I dont want to use CMS) and i have documents that i want stored in a MySQL database so they if a link is clicked on my website the document is called and displayed on the website (Im not sure on the format of the document..ie PDF) Does anyone know of...
