i would like to move one of them to the other side because I'm used to it being on that side, it was like that on my old computer, but on this one sai's this isn't how i like it, i don't remember how the other one was like it...

The phone is making sounds, not like signals bouncing off, its making the sounds wherever i go, i don't have messages or any thing, the sound is like a sound of water dropping but a little different and it happens every few minutes. Please help me with my problem!
